£5k raised for Porthleven School at the Fire Extravaganza

The Fire Extravaganza, held at Porthleven School last Friday evening raised amazing amount of £5000. This money will be used to buy ipads for the children at the school.

Huge credit and praise must go to all those who gave their times to make the event such a success. This includes Leigh Yates who works marvels when raising money for the school and was the brains behind this event.

I attended the event, and was very impressed with the entertainment on offer. This included a huge fire-breathing dragon, and entertainers displaying their skills by juggling objects on fire. The event was finish with a spectacular firework event that lasted ages.
